1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products purchased on sale or discount are generally non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you will be guided on how to ship the product back.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective/damaged.
4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

Customized or specially made-to-order sarees.

Sarees that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
