All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

3. Delivery Timeline

Domestic Orders (India): Usually delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Remote/Outstation Areas: Delivery may take up to 8–10 business days.

International Orders: Delivery timelines depend on the destination country (typically 10–15 business days).
4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping (India): A flat shipping fee may apply, or free shipping may be offered on selected orders.

International Shipping: Charges are calculated based on weight, size, and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

Orders can be tracked through the courier partner’s website using the tracking number.
6. Delays in Shipping

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, strikes, etc.).

Shama State will not be liable for delays beyond our control.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost, we will work with the courier company to resolve the issue. Refunds/replacements will be provided as applicable.
